About

My name is Dr. Rhonda. I have been practicing chiropractic since 1997 after graduation with a Doctorate in Chiropractic. I use a method of adjusting called the Activator Technique. I also have a Degree in Nutrition and nutrition was added into my practice early in my career. Then in 2005, about eight years into practice, I noticed that my patients’ health care issues became more complex – digestion issues, skin irritations, anxiety/depression, fatigue, stress, and other health care issues. This led me on my journey into other holistic/wellness practices that I have integrated into my practice and refined until today. Each year I expand my knowledge with new techniques that reveal patterns of stress or interference in the body as well as the techniques that allow the patient to easily implement these techniques/habits into their life and begin to heal from within.

My journey led me first to the Nutrition Response Technique/Testing. A technique that uses applied kinesiology or muscle testing to identify the underlying cause of a problem. This was my first time seeing applied kinesiology used for testing patients so I was a little skeptical. At that time, I started taking courses in the subject and getting tested by other practitioners in the field who use Nutrition Response Testing. I started testing my patients for food sensitivities, metals, chemicals, immune system compromises, and EMF (electromagnetic fields) and helping them remove these sensitivities of food, metals, chemicals, and EMF. At this point, I also started asking my patients to do Earthing/Grounding and Tapping. I now had several techniques for my patients who were needing help beyond the chiropractic adjustment which of course helped them hold their chiropractic patterns for longer as well. My patients were very pleased with their results.

Several years later, my journey led me to using essential oils. The company that I use in my practice is Doterra because of the high quality and standards. Their oils are therapeutic grade and 100% pure. When I first started using these in 2018, I actually thought it was a placebo effect because for my patients who needed them the response was so quick. Then I started to study the essential oils and saw the research on the oils and how the chemical compounds of these essential oils have tremendous therapeutic benefits. In my sections of links, there is a link to the book that I use for my essential oil research. There is a section at the end of the book called Oil Composition and Chemistry that has excellent information. The book explains what essential oils are, the breakdown of how essential oils affect the body, a section of each oil I use in the office, and the research and many benefits of that particular oil.

My next journey started again in 2022. The practitioner that helped me expand my practice showed me protocols using Quintessential Applications – another technique that uses applied kinesiology or muscle testing. This is when I started to incorporate liquid vitamins and minerals in my practice which I have delivered from the U.K. ensuring to invest in the best quality. Because they are liquid, the nutrient is more easily absorbed into the body.

The next major change in my practice started when two separate patients recommended a book called The Emotion Code. I had incorporated emotional work into my practice, but this book showed how the body can store hidden emotions. This technique showed how to test for the emotions and an easy way to clear the hidden emotions that can be affecting the patient on a subconscious level. This technique I started in September 2024.

In December 2024, I read The Body Code which is the overall testing for the body. The Emotion Code was just one section of the testing. Dr. Nelson in this book covers energies, pathogens, circuits, organs, glands, systems, and disconnections and the protocols for supporting each of these possible health related issues.

Because of the amazing results that I have seen with incorporating these techniques over the past almost 20 years, I decided to start this website to show the simple techniques that patients can incorporate into their lives to improve their health/wellness/longevity. As a chiropractor, I do not diagnose and treat disease. I give the patient the techniques to remove an interference or incorporate a daily habit so that the patient’s body can heal itself. Yes the patient has simple homework to do on their path to wellness, but these techniques have profound effects on your entire body because all your systems work together – immune/lymphatic, integumentary/skin, skeletal, muscular/fascia, nervous, cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, urinary, endocrine/hormonal, and reproductive. Some of these techniques only take a few minutes and most not more than 30 minutes a day. I invite you to view my useful links page and see these paths to wellness.

Welcome!
